At Missouri, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home decor and furniture; if an item doesn't fit your space, we offer a 30-day return window for most products. Please ensure all items are returned in their original packaging and condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Missouri account and select the order containing the items you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original boxes with all protective inserts to prevent damage during transit, and include your printed RMA form inside.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your label.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
